I sometimes manage to record some events, so I reduced the number of signals, but this doesn't help. Even if I try to save the file, the recorded data can't be re-opened later (!). I read the doc, but I don't manage to have a proper setup. Where can I start?

If the overflows are constant after a certain point and increasing the buffer size did not help only increasing the transfer speed via UART will help.
