WebWe have Office 365 E3 licences assigned to all RDS users and shared activation is enabled within the Office software on both session hosts. In order to get Outlook and Teams working again for the users that reported problems we have to sign out of Office - we did this via Word - sign out of their RDS profile and then signed Office back in.
