On your keyboard, is it the F3 or F4 key that controls the keyboard backlight, if that key does not work on its own, if you press Fn + that key does that work? WebJust to clarify, the keyboard itself works perfectly fine. All the keys respond, the screen brightness still goes up and down as normal. It's just the keyboard lighting that's not responding.
