I know the three arrows pointing up is for stamina regen and snakes are for item discovery or soul income buffs, other than that I have no idea which one is for which. One yellow arrow up is probably ATK up and the brown rocky oval reminds me of the Havel's Shield buff, although i doubt that's it.
