I'm not sure it will solve your problems too, but I advise everyone to try replacing the cable first because it is the easiest and fastest thing, and because it worked for me !!! Then I can restart and plug in my hdmi and it works fine until the next time it's turned off for a long time. If I take out and put the cmos battery back in, it also makes the computer boot but bios settings are reset.

Integrated video is not available if a graphics card is installed. So there is no way to enable those two ports and use your GTX 1060.
